I had a wonderful time at the hotel with stunning river views that made my stay more enjoyable. The casino access was convenient, and I felt safe during my stay. However, my room did have issues with lingering cigarette smoke and an unreliable TV remote, which detracted from my comfort. The staff was overall accommodating, but I wished for more proactive management regarding my room's condition.

My recent stay at Harrah's in Laughlin had its ups and downs. I appreciated the effort in transportation organization and some of the newer rooms, but I was let down by the cleanliness and closure of many amenities. The overall ambiance felt a bit stagnant, and the dining options were lacking, especially during the week. While valet and bell services stood out, the casino and dining experience could use some serious improvement.

The room in the South Tower looked nice at first, but I quickly found it wasn't cleaned before my arrival. It had leftover items from the previous guest, which made it feel less than ideal for a refreshed stay.
